The first order I made for this fabric, the stripes were very noticeable. In this last order nothing is distinguished. I have been very disappointed...

Dear, unfortunately the printing of the stripes is not up to us and is not always identical from one production batch to another, unfortunately :-( However, if you are not satisfied with the canvas, you can always return it and we will refund the cost with a voucher. I have bought this product and I am very disappointed, since the yellow lines are not distinguished and it is as if they were not there.

A scam, the fabric that the lines have sent me does not go inside but on the outside and also the brands cannot be distinguished, yesterday I sent them a message and they do not answer, I will not buy here again

We have explained the utility of Easy Count; that is, there must be 10 squares between one row and another. And frankly, from the photo sent, it seemed that way. You accused us of pretending we didn't know what we were talking about. But we have explained the product to you and we have asked you if it fulfilled its \"usefulness\" (without obtaining an answer from you). However, as we spoke, we certainly weren't expecting a \"rip off\" review on an item we've never had any complaints about. If you have any other questions or comments, we are very willing to discuss with each other.

I spent months looking for 16 count ecru easy count in the UK for my next project as it was brilliant to use on white aida. On receipt I'm very disappointed as I can hardly see the easy count lines as they're very pale brown so I'll have to sew over them in my gridding thread, which was the reason for buying pregridded aida so I didn't have to sew it! I've not used it & I would've returned it but I cannot afford €12.97 return fee. A big rip off - don't buy if you think it'll look like the photo.
