I purchased this product, and I was very disappointed by the yarns: established on the product description that the complete kit comes with the yarns. Very well: I imagined that you would have inserted the various skeins DMC. But no: there comes a cardboard backing with tucked inside some (I repeat: some) thread for each color, just the bare minimum, that if by a stroke of bad luck were to unravel, already no longer be enough to finish; but WHAT WORSE, you have not even mentioned the DMC codes for each color. But if I end those who have provided me for some reason before finishing the embroidery, as I do? So I touched me go haberdashery and, with the help of a DMC folder we go up to the codes. I do not understand the sense of not wanting to put the codes, really. What are you afraid? It can be embroidered more than once? And if I do? I embroidery I bought it and I can run it as often as you want. Really, I do not understand ... From a serious and precise company like yours, I would not have really expected.

Dear Daniela, thank you for your thorough review that, we believe, deserves an equally comprehensive response :-) If, as we have always believed, the critical need to improve, take your cue from this to provide the obligatory explanation that, we sincerely hope, will serve to improve, in fact, the understanding of how products are the embroidery kit. Casa Cenina NOT produces these articles (n others): we are retailers, like any other "shop ". As such, we adhere to sell what we choose and which is provided by various companies. In this case, the company 'in question Vervaco and a ' company that has several decades of history, in the embroidery industry. Of course, this fact alone can not necessarily be synonymous with quality ... But in the case of Vervaco, ten years this tradition is really joins many other characteristics which prove the seriousness products exported all over the world, punctuality in deliveries, customer focus. On the yarns, for they too are aligned with what the trade policy of all the greatest kit manufacturers: namely, not to declare the color codes of the yarns used all 'inside of the kit. This choice dictated primarily by the rampant piracy: many of kit patterns are scanned and put online, in violation of international copyright laws (violation that, in Italy, a criminal offense ... But we all know how these things ...) , because you can download for free and embroidery. Obviously, without color codes of the yarns, this operation is, if not impossible, at least very difficult and, therefore, do not declare the yarns used in the kit deters piracy. It may seem a 'nonsense but I can assure you that we receive almost daily emails of people who are totally unaware of this and think that cos downloaded schemes are legal and candidly ask us to tell them which wires are used for ... even we know it! The kit manufacturers do not even give us retailers such information. D 'On the other hand, you who regularly bought and paid for a kit, how would you feel knowing that someone has simply embroidered scaricandoselo free and illegally? ... Obviously, since the seriousness of a company 'is also seen how it behaves towards its customers, the yarns contained in the kits are typically increased by at least 20% (just as production rule), to allow to cover the need of the embroidery adequately, even in case of errors and, therefore, in case you should dispose of embroidery pieces already performed. Even if this were not enough (and sometimes not enough, because we have received requests for yarns also by customers that simply had lost the threads of the kit, or to which the cat had hopelessly tangled them: and I swear that it is not a joke!), if the kit was purchased from us, just us your problem and we require Vervaco other wires (usually ship them themselves, for free, to the customer), providing them with the copy 's order, like d 'proof of purchase. In any case, it must be said that do not provide a 'entire new series of yarns, because always in their commercial logic, the kits designed to be embroidered only once, unlike the simple scheme. These are two different products, though - we understand - from the point of view of "consumer " (and who writes to you a "consumer ") this can be tutt 'more than acceptable.
