Un cuore per me

This "heart for me" Parolin has a double reading: it can be seen either as the heart, for the characteristic shape, and as a tree, in fact, clearly visible on the trunk, the branches and the leaves that come down to the roots (which forming the tip of the heart and also at the same time the base of the tree). And 'in tandem with the other "heart for you", very similar. Nice idea, because with just one embroidery, in the end, they are made of two images! Parolin as always, brilliant, and I greatly admire all his creations, original, poetic, full of feeling. Cinzia...

list of required materials is not true. In the example used DMC 111. Not DMC mouline 90 as casa ceni states. At 2 strands have never enough. If you use two wires you definitely will need 10 skeins. Also, it is much more beautiful example 28ct embroidery fabric. On 14ct embroidery fabric comes less beautiful into its own. The pattern is great and highly recommended! Too bad that the list of required materials is not true and that I have unfortunately to buy the materials...

Staff: now adapted the list of materials. We apologize for this mistake.

Hearts Together

I like the round square, like hearts, I also like to have the opportunity to enter a famous poem in an embroidery: This scheme brings together all this! The easy pattern. Very nice and smooth even the ribbon bow that closes this garland of hearts, all the same shape and size but all different in color and fantasy. I'm looking for a phrase or little-known poem to replace schema words, I want to write with another alphabet, even if the scheme provided the complete alphabet and numbers to make the writing as presented in the picture. I really like, because an unusual picture, nice for the happy colors but not boisterous. It would also be nice with no writing inside, which could be replaced maybe stretching the thread of two small red hearts tied to the bow on the top and making them "down" until you reach the center of the circle, so would fill the void left by the possible lack of written sentence. Bible des lettres au point de croix tome 2

This second volume completes the first, because it presents numerous letters of alphabets and beautiful, but much larger in size than that contained in the first volume. Here the alphabets assume an artistic character, because the size allows you to create letters enriched by curls and decorative motifs that intertwine the body of the letter, with the opportunity to embroider them in two colors, or make them precious embroidering these "decorative additions" with golden thread, as if they were ancient. It 's really nice to browse these pages, the giant letters are a feast for the eyes, and allow the creation of embroidery of some importance (from very classic aristocratic pillows, for covering vintage armchairs, or lamp shades and lamp, but also in the center of a bedspread to create a pleasant retro atmosphere. this volume is absolutely bought (together with the other, from which you can not separate!), because it's hard to find commercially letters of this size and of this beauty . cimi24245 : Sunday 21 April, 2013 Bible De Lettres A Point De Croix - Tome 1
Bible De Lettres A Point De Croix - Tome 1

I have been given both books several years ago. And 'an archive of alphabets, precious and complete, always useful. Alphabets are presented by most small to the biggest, and are taken into account letters of different styles: ancient, modern, classic, historical, pot-bellied, thin, slanted, with friezes, and cursive scripts, some embellished with small floral motifs to be implemented with a contrasting color, or by small friezes that intertwine the body of the letter. At the bottom of this first volume there are some letters made "oblique", therefore very useful to be embroidered in the corners of the canvas (for example, in the four corners of a tablecloth). Also present were several series of numbers, and then letters in foreign alphabets (Russian, Serbian, jew, Armenian ... maybe not very useful for the Italian embroiderers, but definitely found elsewhere). I suggest buying both volumes, because they provide the largest collection of alphabets and thus are very useful. Rather they are indispensable! Cinzia...
