Staff: Hello :-) This fabric is not a 'aida, in the sense that it does not have the weft with the squares that distinguish the aida. Instead, it is a "counted-thread" fabric, that is, with the same number of vertical and horizontal threads in 1 cm square. This feature makes it perfect for cross-stitch embroidery and other embroideries that require, in fact, the threads counted (such as the Hardanger) :-) Among other things, it is in cotton blend and very pleasant at touch! I'm finishing it these days and I'll give it to my mother for Christmas. I thought I had chosen the easiest lady along with the winter that are practically the same just change the colors but I think instead I did the most boring especially for the golden part in the skirt of great effect but boring to embroider. Not to mention the greek. However, a beautiful lady, the dress gives me the impression that it is of red velvet and the gold in this case stands out much more than in the other Celtic already embroidered by me. Severe 70..

Staff: Hello and thank you for your honest opinion, although severe ;-) But, as we have repeatedly stressed, constructive criticism always deserve our attention and your criticism is very constructive for us, as it gives us the opportunity to clarify that our pricing policy is - always - oriented to guarantee the greatest advantage to our customers ... to the point that more than one producer (and we mean producers of world renown, of those that sell and have well-known brands all over the globe) has had to discuss - sometimes even in tones not quite calm! - with Casa Cenina, even accusing us of keeping prices too low. In the case of the mosaics of Artibalta, importing them directly, we are sure to be competitive with prices, but it is useless to hide that there are increases (sometimes even just the oscillation of fuels, to weigh heavily on the price of products that have to do many miles to get from the countries of origin) and we do our best to make them burden the least on your pocket. Also, we seem to be doing a lot of promotions anyway (there's at least a couple every month), which gives you the opportunity to take off some whims - even a bit more expensive than the average like this mosaic - with discounts that reach several percentage points and in any case much higher than any possible forced adjustments to prices :-) Tomorrow, for example, there is Black Friday and you could not give up on this mosaic, bringing it home with a nice 25% reduction ;-) Finally, if you consider that shipping is free for an amount of 59 euros, maybe you'll give us a little more than a "star" ;-) Thanks again and a warm greeting.
