Neon Rays Plus 054 - Pale Blue

Neon Rays Plus by Rainbow Gallery is a a 89% Rayon, 11% Metalized Polyester ribbon, with a metallic filament woven through it. It comes in 10-yard (9.1 Meters) lengths. Its sheen and smooth appearance has a high shine and is great for many types of decorative stitches, plus it's much easier to control than regular Neon Rays.
