Small tool very useful for those who sew by hand. I use it to mark the seam allowances for patchwork.

I can not figure out how to put it to use it I would not give a vote if I do not know but if someone explain it to me functional thanks

Darling, hello :-) This "ruler " just serves to draw the margin typical of patchwork stitching, that 1/4 inch and is used by placing the fabric, already cut, and tracing their margin .. .
