Broderie marocaine
This work reflects a kingdom of berber, arabian and andalusian influences, that draws its strenght and originality in a rare cultural richness. Either urban or rural, every region of Morocco, throughout the centuries, has moulded different stylesand patterns that are recognizable all over the world. So, on a more or less monochromatic background, an explosion of flowers melts with geometrical shapes, creating unique pieces, used for those traditional clothings and accessories of the moroccan art and culture that Sandrine Lefebvre-Reghay and Cècile Tréal and Jean-Michel Ruiz invite you to discover.
Authors: Sandrine Lefebvre-Reghay and Sandra Bahhadou.
