Celtic Christmas

I embroidered Celtic Christmas with the normal DMC and the metallic gold DMC thread. No pearls, all replaced by small golden crosses. It is adorable. Embroidered on Linen 14 threads per cm so 7 points / cm. He is great !

I'm finishing it these days and I'll give it to my mother for Christmas. I thought I had chosen the easiest lady along with the winter that are practically the same just change the colors but I think instead I did the most boring especially for the golden part in the skirt of great effect but boring to embroider. Not to mention the greek. However, a beautiful lady, the dress gives me the impression that it is of red velvet and the gold in this case stands out much more than in the other Celtic already embroidered by me. Severe 70

I would like to embroider this model but apprciations above scare me !!!! Pearls Can not be poses with yarn that is not mtallique ???? because it seems that this is the pose with this type of thread that makes the "manipulation" difficult! Thank you for your answers if you pass by!

Well ... the beads are put on with a mill strand that is of similar color to the beads with wire or clear plastic (more difficult to use, as follows: http://www.casacenina.fr/ mill-hill / NYMO-thread-white.html). There are several gems: it just takes patience! It is also without any embroidery beads, but the result is very very diffrent!
