Towards the cake design
The "fever" of
cake design has now "infected" Italy, too: it's the art of decorating cakes, to make them even more tempting, not just for our mouths, but for our eyes, too!
Pastry and cake chefs are getting actual artisans, just like painters and sculptors. Cake, pastries,
cupcakes and cookies are the foundations of amazing, sweet characters and irresistible sugar decorations, all sharing the same, main ingredient: sugar paste.
Here at Casa Cenina we're going to soon open a brand new section of our website, fully dedicated to books and magazines exploring and explaining the wonderful universe of
cake design that's getting so popular everywhere. However, while we're waiting for these publications to be in stock and uploaded in our website, why don't you start "tasting" what we're talking about? A quick glance to these lovely embellishments from

So, here are some delicious
chocolates to embellish your projects: strawberries dipped into melt chocolate, icing, cocoa and almonds.
The so-called
"crème de la crème" - that's it! - These are
glitter cupcakes in the shape of six, small buttons, standing out for their lively, bright colors. And you can also find their
