This canvas has a very particular effect, because it seems a little "patchy" with white on a background tint ecr or dmc 3024. Indeed this coloring it comes very close to the veins of marble, however while the reverse appears white. Generally useful to get a gradient background that is not too marked and invasive, or you can take advantage of this canvas if you want to embroider something antique look, I think the ideal would be a coat of arms, which will appear as cos if indeed it was built on a marble stand.
