• Here at Casa Cenina we calculate the shipping charges based on the value of the items ordered and the destination of the order.
• For every order over 65.00€ shipping charges are Free for some European countries. For all other destinations shipment costs (for order over 65.00€) are reduced!!!
Please note: If your order includes items that aren't immediately available (as always specified on our site), we will automatically split it in two, as shown in the cart, to immediately ship the available products. All the other items will be moved in a new order, created by our system, that will be shipped as soon as the goods will be back in stock. Shipping fees will be charged on both orders in case neither of the two orders reaches the amount of 65 euros. The customer will anyhow be advised when the non-available products are back in stock; this way he/she'll be able to take advantage of the second shipping to add any other items and benefit shipping discount if the total with the added products reaches a total of 65 euros.

• This system has been developed to minimize the costs for all our customers ... and we can ship virtually to any destination in the world.
• It is possible to ask for an express service. Also with this option the shipping charges are based on the value of the items ordered and the destination of the order.
• With both shipping methods (Standard or Express) when you are in the page of shopping cart you can see the actual shipping costs (Note: for extra-european countries and for express shipment the correct cost can be displayed only when our e-comm system knows the destination address.).
• We accept orders of any amount.

• For standard shipment troughout Europe we can use either the mail service (for almost all countries the shipment is traceable) or the courier (DHL, DPD, EuroExpress - for all countries the shipment is traceable). Despatch time can range from 3 to 15 working days (depending on the destination and the season of the year).
Orders are shipped in 1/3 working days from the date of entry (if all the items ordered are available).
• For Express shipment troughout Europe we use an express courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx) or, if not available, the mail service (this depends on the destination). Despatch time can vary from 3 to 7 working days.
Orders are shipped in 36 hours (if the items ordered are all available!).
• For "rest of the world" destinations (and some european destinations) the Priority Mail Service is always through mail service not-traceable.
Despatch time can vary from 7 to 45 days (depending on the destination and the season of the year).

• Note: outside Europe (and in few European countries) you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling fees to receive your order. These additional fees are not collected or controlled by Casa Cenina. Also, you might be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. Customs processing of your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order - so you know what to expect.
We usually ship the orders in the indicated time spans when all the ordered products are available. Sometimes (due to the delays of stocking from our suppliers) we immediately send the available products and, afterwards, the unavailable ones (in this case, the shipping costs are NOT debited as for the second shipment).
If we are asked to postpone the dispatch of the order, this will be registered until the requested date of shipment and then we will proceed with the shipping.
When a postponed dispatch is requested, it is important to note that the registered order is handled according to the following methods:
The availability of the products will be the one valid at the moment of the restoration of the order. We cannot guarantee, obviously, the availability indicated at the moment of the original order.
As for the Conta le Case we will consider the date of the restored order and not the date of the original order.
The products of the restored order will benefit only from the promotions eventually active at the moment of the restoration, but not those active at the moment of the original order if, in the meantime, they are expired.
