“Where is your sanctuary?”

This is the question Tone Finnanger is asking all her fans (but to all those who, maybe, don’t know her that well, yet), to introduce her Sanctuary Collection. The meaning of this word, in fact, is not only that of a sacred place in the ecclesiastical sense, but also in the - entirely personal - sense that each of us gives to a place that we feel is all our own, where we can “retreat” from the whole world even if only for a few minutes of the day… “The woods, the sewing room, in bed with a good book”, the Norwegian designer supposes, drawing inspiration from these “soul places” for her brand new Fall/Winter collection, with patterns designed to make one feel safe, cozy and grounded in the “sanctuary”.

“A good foundation where you can let your mind fly, dreaming of all the things you want to create and experience”, says Tone, talking about these new prints, divided into warm and cold tones, with ornamental patterns combined with woodland scenes and florals to create a safe and homely look.
