International Hug Day 2024

A hug’s always welcome.

There’s no need for special occasions to hug: it is universally known and scientifically proven that hugs are good for us! So much so that almost forty years ago an American pastor decided to celebrate them with a special day - the International Hug Day - falling on January 21 each year.
