This was a mosaic that I would have liked to buy but given the continuous increases that you have made to the mosaics in recent months I think that I will remove it from the wish list. The mosaic deserves 5 stars your continuous increases instead not even one. Severe 70

Hello and thank you for your honest opinion, although severe ;-) But, as we have repeatedly stressed, constructive criticism always deserve our attention and your criticism is very constructive for us, as it gives us the opportunity to clarify that our pricing policy is - always - oriented to guarantee the greatest advantage to our customers ... to the point that more than one producer (and we mean producers of world renown, of those that sell and have well-known brands all over the globe) has had to discuss - sometimes even in tones not quite calm! - with Casa Cenina, even accusing us of keeping prices too low. In the case of the mosaics of Artibalta, importing them directly, we are sure to be competitive with prices, but it is useless to hide that there are increases (sometimes even just the oscillation of fuels, to weigh heavily on the price of products that have to do many miles to get from the countries of origin) and we do our best to make them burden the least on your pocket. Also, we seem to be doing a lot of promotions anyway (there's at least a couple every month), which gives you the opportunity to take off some whims - even a bit more expensive than the average like this mosaic - with discounts that reach several percentage points and in any case much higher than any possible forced adjustments to prices :-) Tomorrow, for example, there is Black Friday and you could not give up on this mosaic, bringing it home with a nice 25% reduction ;-) Finally, if you consider that shipping is free for an amount of 59 euros, maybe you'll give us a little more than a "star" ;-) Thanks again and a warm greeting.
